I'm going to close this as WONTFIX, because CentOS 6 support has been deprecated for a while now (unsupported after 19.10).

I don't think this is going to get fixed unfortunately. I would use an older driver or a workstation driver (I believe Q1 was the latest supporting 6.10)... or update to CentOS 7/8.
