Same comment as #111026. I am not sure with rc6 I would get a greeter but logon would throw out back to greeter with the error in #111026 rc7 no greeter and white screen that is continually flooding that error message. Just thought I would post but presuming its all todo's for 5.2 release and 2019-07-09 19.1.2 and will stop posting :) Thanks Could you please tell us which SoC you're running on? Knowing which GPU you actually have - Panfrost supports multiple different hardware generations - is pretty critical to finding out what's going on. Kernel version is also critical. Apols in future I will add much more. I saw the ToDos i the error messages so was a bit half assed as expecting you know and are working on things. Its RK3399 Rockpi4 running Manjaro 19.04 they are banging out updates as soon as they are released. Should I give Master another try with RC7 and feed back? I built kernel 5.2-rc7 on my Rock Pi 4B (RK3399) and am running the official Debian build but upgraded to Buster (armhf). I built Mesa 19.1.1 and git master as Debian packages using a packaging script I made that copies the debian build files from the packaged version of Mesa. I have the kmsro and panfrost drivers enabled. I also built kmscube. Trying to start either lightdm (with glamor) or run kmscube results in the same kernel errors as posted above.
