seems like a kernel issue.
User impact: I'm not sure what the exact implications are, but the worst case scenario is a black screen after resume on a monitor connected via USB-C.
Reproduction rate: weekly, but this issue doesn't happen all the time.

Looks like a problem starting earlier with: <7>[ 9.796589] [drm:intel_dp_start_link_train [i915]] Channel equalization failed 5 times <7>[ 9.796981] [drm:intel_dp_start_link_train [i915]] [CONNECTOR:223:DP-4] Link Training failed at link rate = 162000, lane count = 4 after which subsequent link trainings keep failing too. This has been seen last time CI_DRM_6644 (1 month 2 weeks).
