Bug Assessment :

- Reproduction rate : 1% (from CI Bug Log)
- Last seen 6 days back on ICL GuC system. Not seen before that.
- pm_rpm@basic-rte is basic subtest of pm_rpm to check display wake up time.
- In this case, the test waits for the panel to wake up and then times out on the 10th trial but passes on the first 9. Seems like a regression that could be caused by a clk gating issue.
- I do not think this bug has a critical impact. However, it needs to be tracked to see if this issue occurs more frequently or if this was just a one off regression.
