Just from the fact that the test is called "smoke test" and it fails half of the times in CI, I'm setting priority/severity to high.

Reproduction rate was 100%. Has passed 4 times since last failure. Need to wait 6 more runs before closing.

Failing primarily on shard tglb4 and tglb6 machines.
