  No new failures caught with the new filter

The BIOS has PC8+ disabled (see below). 

Is TGL expected to support PC8+? If so, then this is of MAJOR importance as the power savings will not be as good as expected and this bug should be assigned to the BIOS team to enable it.

If, however, TGL does not support PC8+ then IGT should me modified to not complain and this is of NORMAL importance.

Per process, setting to the higher of the two importance levels, e.g. MAJOR.
