Description Radim Luža 2007-06-10 04:06:26 UTC
When resuming after suspend to disk with activated dri extention on Radeon cards (R100 chips) system hangs (screen is black, system doesn't respond). Without dri extention suspend to disk and resume works OK.

Tested on hardware: Mobile Radeon 7000, Radeon 7200 cards.
Tested on software: Xorg: 7.1, 7.2, Linux distributions: Kubuntu, Mandriva, kernels: 2.6.17 (distribution), 2.6.20(distribution), 2.6.21(vanilla), "suspend systems": swsusp(part of linux kernel), swsusp2

How to reproduce:
1) System with Radeon R100 card with running Xorg with dri extention
2) Suspend to disk
3) Start resumming

Could be a duplicate of bug 10975 - does it work with Option "BusType" "PCI"?

With this option resumming works OK. It really seems to be the same bug as bug 10975. Sorry about making confusion.
