This is an office that needs monochrome printing to suppress printing costs.
Mozilla Mail prints coloured e-mail fine as monochrome (the printer has a
counter for monochrome and colour prints), but Mozilla browser prints it as
colour, despite selecting Grayscale in the Properties, and the
printername.xp-ddx-identifier: XP-PCL-MONO in the printer file for all locales
(C and en_US, the latter's printer file is a symlink to C's printer file).

Closing WONTFIX because nobody cares about Xprint. Reopen if you plan to address this bug.
