ATI Radeon X700[RV410] with mesa git and xorg-driver-ati
Comment 1 Jerome Glisse 2007-07-01 15:15:47 UTC
Please give more details, attach xorg.conf & xorg.log (do not paste, attach them).
You got a sigsegv or other signal please build with debug symbol and provide a
backtrace.

Is this log file from a crashed X server? If so, is there anything at the end of its stderr output? With gdm, that should be captured in /var/log/gdm/:0.log(.*).

I'm sorry for few details, but i don't speak english very well(i'm italian)
Xorg crash totally after some minutes that composite manager is enabled.
The only function that not crash is the mouse pointer, the rest is totally freeze
CTRL+ALT+backspace doesn't work in this case, I have to use the reset button :(

Your problem was similar with https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11434
(I have a ATI X300 PCIE rv370 card)

Mass version move, cvs -> git

Can you reproduce this bug on mesa 7.6?
