confirmed. using "microsoftpro" Xkb definition, and Microsoft internet Keyboard Pro via USB interface and evdev protocol, no functionality of "hotkeys" The "evdev brain" patch is not part of the official Xorg release. You don't mention what distro you're running, but I think gentoo includes this patch in the build. I'm closing the X.org bug, you should contact your distributor instead about this issue. |
