Description Vlad Socaciu 2007-08-05 09:03:24 UTC
I hope i posted this in the righ place. if not, please help. (i followed the bug tracker link at http://www.opencompositing.org but it doesn't work)

i use the following comiz related packages under ubuntu fiesty:
compizconfig-settings-manager 0.1.0
compiz-core 0.5.1
compiz-fusion-plugins-extra 0.0.1
compiz-fusion-plugins-main 0.0.1
compiz-fusion-plugins-unofficial 0.0.1
compiz-fusion-plugins-unsupported 0.0.1
compiz-gnome 0.5.1

I tried to run warcraft 3 in wine. when i exited, the system crashed - i had to restart from the button.

Ever since, the settings made in CompizConfig Settings Manager are not taken into consideration. i have wobbly windows and cube, but that's about it.
At the time, when i typed "compiz --replace" in the terminal, i would get back to normal. but now, it freezes the display
