(for xf86-video-ati git branch ati-6.7-branch)

Dell requests to turn off RMX stretching for all their servers with ES1000
chips.

Problem they met: screen goes blank when radeon driver tries to generate RMX
modes according to Dell digital EDID.

RMX is off by default on DVI in ati git master. The edid modes will be used directly.
