By default we make available the edid modes and/or vesa modes. Manually adding modes will work with any output as long as it's supported by the monitor. Could this be related to https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12626 you can manually add modes with xrandr or via your config. see this page for more: http://wiki.debian.org/XStrikeForce/HowToRandR12 |
