Any reason not to include this patch against the intel driver?  It allows
me to do fullscreen TV when the DVI output is connected to a 1080p
projector at the same time.  I see the 720p mode is already there.

because 720p is 1280x720, I am not sure what input res 1920x1080 will look like.
Does it works well on your projector?

1920x1080 is 1080p (ie another High Definition standard).  It looks perfect on my projector and I imagine any other TV/Monitor/Projector that supports 1080p
