I am not sure if it is a bug, but after a time period of maybe 20 minutes, screen is blanking even though i have set

Option "BlankTime" "off"

in the "ServerLayout" section and

Option "DPMS" "False"

in the "Monitor" section.

Btw, I am using an IBM Thinkpad R51 with an ATI Radeon R250 [Mobility FireGL 9000] with the radeon driver, if this matters.

I believe you're experiencing two different bugs :

DPMS off is not being honored. This has been fixed.
DPMS timers are being reset after 20 minutes.

I've seen the second issue in another bug report, and it's a valid one.

So I'm really just confirming this for now, and I'll look into it later.

Pretty sure this has been fixed for a long time.
