When I open a chinese pdf file,everything is ok! However,when I select some chinese word,the display of the select text is error. It lost some word or display error text.But the result of copy and paste is ok!

This could be related to bug:7064 "Accented characters are badly displayed when selected".

Zhao Wei,

Thanks for reporting this bug.  It would help us if you could attach an example PDF file that shows the problem.

Also, is there any chance that you can test with the git master version of poppler? Some changes went into that code pretty recently, and they may have changed the behaviour you are experiencing (possibly for the better, possibly for the worse, possibly no change).

Closing the bug as WONTFIX since the user as not given back the file as asked one year and a half back and it's impossible to fix this bug without the file.

Zhao Wei, if you happen to read this, please attach and reopen the bug if it still fails with a current poppler.
