All haze protocols require a server to be added when an account is created, a sensible default should probably be provided for those protocols where there is only one server.

That's true.  An unreleased branch of Haze gets account parameters right, but requires telepathy-glib 0.7; the next release of Haze will probably contain this.

Mass reopen.  The "LATER" resolution is lame, I'm deleting it.  Consider LATER to have arrived.
