uim distribution has a testing framework, and various testsuites are placed in
the 'test' directory. But few users know how to use it and how to write new test.

doc/UNIT-TEST describes how to run the tests. I should describe how to write
tests also until uim 1.3.0.

I'll close this bug since doc/UNIT-TEST has a item about Writing tests.  Re-open this if you think the bug is not fixed yet.
