poppler doesn't build on mac os X 10.3 using the macports environment. It appears to be a link time problem but I'm not particularly sure. This is a show-stopper for me as I'm trying to build gimp, and gimp has poppler as a prerequisite.

Patches welcome, alternatively you can send me a Macos X 10.3 ;-)

No patches and no Mac machine came my way so i guess this is a won't fix since noone is interested in fixing it after 3 years
