diffs adding shs layout to rules/base.xml.in symbols/ca

This is my first xkb submission it is a patch for rules/base.xml.in and symbols/ca
it adds a layout for Secwepemctsin an indigenous language of Canada.

Should it not be tar.gzipped? Is there a preferred naming scheme?

I would like to submit some more Canadian indigenous language layouts like Ktunaxa, Cree, Mi'kmaq, etc. so if there is any problem please let me know. I tried following the rules [1].

I noticed beside the commit button there is a "Remember values for bookmarkable template". Would it not be a good idea to make a template for people to use to submit models, variants, etc?

Hi Miguel

Sorry for not answering your private email - been busy lately.

Actually your patch seems ok to me. I'll try to apply it and see how it goes. Just for the future - please do not tar.gz your patch(es). There is no naming schema for the patch file. As for the variant name, 3-letter ISO639-3 code is typically used, so shs is just fine.

About the template - it is an interesting idea, I'll think of it.
