Add uninstall target for Mesa git

AFAIK the current mesa git tree does not include an uninstall target in its Makefiles. Maybe the attached patch can be a starting point for that.
I would be glad to get any remarks or criticism. :)

Now that the transition to automake has finished
we can close this bug, since automake brought us an uninstall target.
