Xorg config file

I am using an intel based Mac Mini running Fedora 8 connected to a HDTV. On startup of the mac mini with the HDTV in standby the X server fails to start correctly (note that the machine is set to power on and off automatically so this is required functionality).

To force startup of X server with the HDTV in standby the DVI connection (TMDS-1) has been forcibly enabled (Option "Enable" "True") and a preferred mode has been supplied. The X log file registers both of these settings yet startup still fails with "(EE) intel(0): Output TMDS-1 enabled but has no modes", i.e. the preferred mode has not been used.

Note that this functionality previously worked with Fedora 7 without the need for the 'PreferredMode' option.

I've attached the xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log files.

Thanks in advance for any help you can supply.

Stephen
