Confirmed First issue is that we don't send correct Content-Type header in a POST request, so we don't get the right name for the video file. After that is fixed audio plays, but buttons don't work and video isn't shown This works mostly with latest git. What is missing it are the volume control, seeking and the button near of the fullscreen but i can't understand what it is supposed to do. Dimitur, can you try 0.8.2? Indeed, it just works fine. You rock! The button function is almost useless. It just scales the movie up and down in the movie area. Sound is played, but seekbar and moviearea remain plain. When I save the .flv to the disk, mplayer plays it correctly and the debug prints that it does so by using ffmpeg's libavcodec codec family. For volume control and seeking not working we have already bugs filed for youtube.com. I think you can open a new one after they are fixed but still not working for vbox7.com. Riccardo, I absolutely agree with you that this bug is fixed with swfdec-0.8.2 as it was all about loading the video stream. Playing video of certain format is different atomic issue and better be tracked in bug 18221 Usually I leave it up to the developpers to do the action of closing, cas they know all the internals and they know what's left to be done (code cleanups, refactoring, optimizations, etc.) Anyways, closing it.
