Patch to work around crasher

When trying to develop a test case to isolate Bug #15577 I managed to hit a code path which crashes X when trying to cleanup a GL context of a crashed process. Patch attached (hopefully whitespace is correct).

What is going on with this patch? I haven't seen this issue occur recently so the underlying cause of the crash has probably been fixed. Nevertheless, it might be good to have these checks just in case. Thoughts?

None of that code exists in current X servers; I'm reasonably sure I fixed the underlying bug, too.
