Latest 6.8.0 ati driver makes xrandr shows nothing while with the same configuration, previous drivers mades xrandr shows all possible resolution:
$ xrandr

DVI-0 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)

        h: width  1280 start 1328 end 1360 total 1440 skew    0 clock   63.0KHz
        v: height 1024 start 1027 end 1034 total 1054           clock   59.8Hz

It only shows the current working resolution
