pdf which does not render correctly

Hi,
Attached is a pdf that does not render correctly using okular/libpoppler-0.8.2 or KPDF 0.5.9. There appears to be almost no text in the document.
It does render fine in Acrobat 7.
The pdf was created by Adobe InDesign CS2 (4.0.5), Adobe PDF Library 7.0 .

If you need other info, let me know!
