Please attach Xorg.log when you have added 

Option "ModeDebug" "On"

to the Device section of xorg.conf, and also attach your video bios ROM, which can be dumped using `dd if=/dev/mem of=myvga.rom bs=1k count=64 skip=768`

If you're still able to test it, it would be interesting to know if the same problem happens when using the "nv" open source driver

This problem disappeared, but still it have weird problems when using XRender...
