Like xorg and cairo bugs, XCB bugs should have a default QA contact to make it easier for anyone interested to keep track.

Xorg uses the xorg-team@lists.x.org list (which is also the default Assign To); cairo uses the cairo-bugs@cairographics.org list (which is only the QA Contact)/

xcb could use the main xcb list or a dedicated bugs list.

For those reading this on sitewranglers:  *every* product should have a default QA for such purposes.
