With swfdec 0.7.2, going to http://blip.tv/file/1088189?filename=Sparc-StuartMShieberAtSPARCACRLForumJune20082ndSpeaker303.flv shows a date in the lower-left corner of 1970.  In fact, the correct date to display is in 2008.

(If someone wants to give me tips on how to better diagnose the issue I could do that.)
