Description Sergio CERLESI 2004-10-21 07:42:32 UTC
When i try do change the resolution on my dell d600 laptop to "1280x1024"
"1280x960" "1024x768" "800x600" the screen is blank.

With "1400x1050" "1152x864" "640x480" it works fine!

My monitor section of xorg.conf:

Section "Monitor"
        Identifier "Monitor0"
        VendorName "SHP"
        ModelName "1398"
        HorizSync 31.5 - 90.0
        VertRefresh 59.0 - 75.0
EndSection

Does your panel support 1280x1024?

1400 / 1050 = 1.33333
1280 / 1024 = 1.25
