When using clip-rectangles and a non-identity transformation on a mask, the
clip-rectangles are ignored.
Works with "ExaNoComposite".

Nouveau: 0.10 (but confirmed on the list that it still happens with the latest release as well)
GeForce 6600

The Intel driver has the same problem, please look there for the test-case:
