Description Wes Peters 2004-10-23 21:11:16 UTC
This patch will add support for the new Logitech Media Keyboard. All of the
extra buttons except the "Calculator" button are working. I haven't tried to
add support for the F keys when not in F key mode becuase switching out of F
key mode is such a pain.

Duh, the diff is backwards, apply with patch -R.

Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future.

Wes, could you please confirm that this definition could be considered as "logiaccess" keyboard with 2 modifications:

1. Added XF86Calculator
2. XF86Forward replaced with XF86Go?

Just try that existing keyboard and see what's missing, ok?

If so, I will create new variant using "include" statement and add the calculator key. Though in many definitions I27 is mapped as XF86Finance. Would it be ok to follow that tradition or do you insist on the calculator?

Thanks

Bugzilla Upgrade Mass Bug Change

NEEDSINFO state was removed in Bugzilla 3.x, reopening any bugs previously listed as NEEDSINFO.

XF86Finance is OK if that's what other Logitech mappings have used. The button has a calculator icon on it, but the users can map it as they like.
