AppFonts, EnableHome, RescanInterval.
It should copy them from old config to new config for the least.

Also registered objects and constants.  Though those are useless anyway.

Humm, registered objects are not per-config.  But the items in my original report are still affected.

EnableHome is global too.  AppFonts and RescanInterval are lost.
