I've also seen this one. this bug has been blocked by bug #17304 sorry ,it should be blocked by bug #17486, not 17304. I've seen this bug on GM965 as well. If I remember correctly it disappeared after a couple of mesa updates and at some later point they showed up again. However I didn't test sufficiently careful to say that no 2D driver updated interfered in the meantime.
