offending PDF file

In the attachment you have a PDF file converted from SVG (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Gnome-applications-other.svg) that acroread 7 renders fine and xpdf seems to render better than poppler.

Using poppler-0.8.6 (through evince-2-23.4), I get the following errors:

BAD status: cairo_pop_group without matching cairo_push_group
cairo context error: cairo_pop_group without matching cairo_push_group

Screenshot attached that shows the different displays with acroread 7, xpdf and poppler.

Not splash backend bug.

Splash backend misses a ruler, Cairo misses lots of things.

I meant "Not splash ONLY backend bug.", that's why i moved it back to general.

In the actual version rendering is okay in either splash and cairo
