This enhancement submitted at the suggestion of Jon Phillips

The many news items on the home page contain graphics that can cause very slow loading of the page for dial up internet users.

Therefore, move all but the most recent (e.g., current month) news items to another page.

Closing all openclipart bugs as openclipart is now on launchpad, as per request from  Jon Philips.
