RADEONAddScreenModes(): Do not set M_T_USERDEF modes.

If the Option "IgnoreEDID" is specified then the screen modes are added 
with M_T_USERDEF set.  Let the user decide through the new monitor 
Option "UserModes".

The underlying code has been removed from the driver.  The current 
driver doesn't add the screen modes.
