I'm seeing a lot of:

This only seems to happen with wmode=transparent as used on this page.

Without looking at it, I suspect it's a problem related to nspluginwrapper causing bad interaction when a non-standard Visual is used, which we fixed in bug 16717.

Why are you using nspluginwrapper anyway? I strongly recommend against this  weird nonstandard indirection mechanism.
