PDF document that doesnt read correctly

Enclosed PDF doesnt render correctly. Open with Adobe to see how it has to be. The creator has already been informed about the incompatibility with poppler based readers. SumatraPDF also reads it correctly.

Do not play with severity and priority, these fields are there for us developers, not users.

I can confirm the problem only happens with the Cairo output device

Splash works fine.
