ccsm -> Animations -> Focus Animation;

(which happens on raise, not focus, in the case of dodge)

- Set the duration to 1500
- Let two windows overlap
- Raise one
- Wait
- Chuckle a little

The window going down (w_d) moves so as to not occlude the one going up (w_u); then w_d moves over w_u, back to where it started, occluding it again, and upon arriving is instantly lowered.

At 150ms, an afterimage is highly noticeable with two xterms (or generally any two windows with high contrast).

It would be better if w_d slid away from w_u (not occluding it at all), then w_u was raised, then w_d slid under w_u (not occluding it like it does now).

(version = 1:0.7.8-0ubuntu4)

This is the compiz bug tracker, not the compiz fusion tracker which is located at bugs.opencompositing.org.

Please report your suggestion there so that we can track it properly. Thanks.
