When you activate scale (all windows) by C-M-t (as I've bound it to), then the "Pull" mouse binding (from scale addons) to Button3 can't be activated, as releasing C+M leaves scale mode.

This is unfortunate; it'd be nice to not C-M-click when you activate scale by the corner, and nice to (with the same configuration) be able to activate the "Pull" feature [this of course extends to all addons].

This is similar to how C-M-<arrow> won't switch desktop when scale is activated despite C-M-<arrow> being bound to do just that.

My understanding is that the patch in bug #11331 will allow for this.  If the patch or the idea in it isn't used, this particular bit should be attacked from some other angle.

As explained in #11331, the key and button bindings can now optionally be made behaving as toggle switch as well.
