I'm running the F10 prerelease and with kernel mode setting I get no cursor on the second screen without enabling the software one.

05:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV570 [Radeon X1950 Pro] (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])

I believe the Fedora packages are at this point pretty close to the git versions but I don't know for sure. xorg.conf and log attached next.
