This commit breaks the support for stream tubes using inet sockets:

The release 0.7.15 has this commit.

We should add a unit test for stream tube using inet sockets, in addition to stream tube using unix sockets. We should test both initiator side and recipient side.

Increase the priority and severity, as requested by Guillaume.

0.7.13 does not have this bug. This has been introduced in 0.7.14.
