Description of problem:
Some man pages in xorg-x11 should be converted to UTF-8 in order to
not let man complaining for old encoded man page.

How reproducible:
Always

1. man fbdev
2. man glint
3. man newport
4. man Xcursor
5. man Xfixes

Xfixes and Xcursor both appear to be utf-8 already. I've converted the other
three and committed them to HEAD. Marking this as fixed.
