Use GnuCash Financial Data, strip generic-icon

In freedesktop.org.xml.in, the entry for application/x-gnucash specifies "GnuCash spreadsheet" as comment and "x-office-spreadsheet". The comment seems to be free-form, so I propose to replace it by "GnuCash Financial Data" (cf. http://lists.gnucash.org/pipermail/gnucash-user/2008-December/027811.html). I do not know whether it is better to have no generic icon than to have an inappropriate one, but I would vote for removing it nonetheless.

Please consider the attached patch.
Thanks.

I've changed the name of the Gnucash mime-type, but the spreadsheet icon is probably close enough for this type of data, so I've left it that way.

* freedesktop.org.xml.in: Gnucash documents aren't spreadsheets,
so call it "financial data", leave the icon as-is though
