Currently, the mime type for xbel files is
<mime-type type="application/xbell">
(notice the two 'l' at the end)
It should either be application/xbel or application /x-xbel
(I dunno which one of the two though :(

The only place where application/xbel is used seem to be gnome-mime-data. klibs
are using application/x-xbel.

Bastien corrected netscape/mozilla types but not xbel, I couldnt find any trace
of in the IANA mime list though.
