First start X server log.
Also not included in log: I've seen xorg to report about invalid attempt to set mtrr.
Same Error on my system. System: FreeBSD/amd64 7.1, Asus P5QC (Intel P45), CPU Intel Q6600, RAM 4Gb, ATI Radeon HD4850 512Mb. I can confirm this, on OpenBSD though.
