The behavior for the "Application Switcher > Next Window" when bound to a mouse action is incorrect.

Expected behavior:
 - The action should cycle through *all* windows in the workspace in forward order
 (note: the "Prev Window" operation correctly behaves this way (but in backwards order obviously))

Actual behavior:
 - The action toggles between *only two windows* in the workspace

To reproduce:
1. Open up 3 windows - A, B, and C
2. Bind "Application Switcher > Next Window" to <Super>Button1
3. Bind "Application Switcher > Prev Window" to <Super>Button2
4. Hold down <Super> and repeatedly press Button1
  --> The window manager will cycle between windows A and B (INCORRECT)
5. Hold down <Super> and repeatedly press Button2
  --> The window manager will cycle between windows A and B and C (CORRECT)
