Description Björn Martensen 2009-01-30 12:33:48 UTC
when i want to switch to a vt, the screen goes black and doesn't show anything. i can't switch back to X after that either or restart X with ctrl+alt+backspace.
i can't even reboot my machine with ctrl+alt+del, but activating capslock still enables the led, so i guess the kernel is not dead yet.

i'm using the intel driver from git 20090128, libdrm 2.4.4 and xorg-server 1.5.99.901 and requirements with all latest dev tarballs, so nothing else from git.
os is archlinux and my laptop is a thinkpad t60 with a gma945
the problem only occurs with uxa (dri2), when i run without a xorg.conf running exa, i can vt switch and switch back too.

this happens everytime i try, no exceptions.
