Xdmx segfaults when initializing DMX screens.

This is related to bug # 18086.

However, in xorg-server 1.5.3 (X.Org 7.4), the dmx*PrivateKeyIndex are not defined.

Attached are two patches to fix the segfault and get Xdmx running.

I'm not sure, but this looks like a dupe of bug 18086.

Also wanted to point out that people do really use Xdmx and having it broken in xorg 1.5.x is sad.

The patch shown in the last commit is already in git master, so this seems
to be a request to backport to the 1.5 branch if any more 1.5.x releases
are done.  I've added it to the nomination list on http://www.x.org/wiki/Server15Branch but I don't know of anyone planning to release any more
1.5.x releases now that most have moved to 1.6.x.
